Operations Administrator

My client is hiring for an amazing position within their HR team as an Operations Administrator. This company has just passed their 10 year anniversary, and since becoming established their growth has been incredible! This role is a 1 year fixed term contract position to join their people team in their Hampshire office.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational services to support the teams.

More about the role:

  • Partner with the People Team & manage the employee onboarding experience
  • Facilitate the completion of all employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Communicate with the Head of People to collate all relevant payroll information to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Adhere & understand all data protection requirements
  • Keep employee personnel records accurate and up to date
  • Own and maintain HR systems.
  • Employee engagement: work with the People team to launch and manage initiates to increase employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Partner with the Head of People to coordinate and execute companywide events
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work and support to the wider People Team as required.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation.
  • Support the People Team with recruitment needs.

What you need:

  • You need to be someone that thrives on hard working and is eager to expand their knowledge
  • 2 years min HR/ administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Comfortable within a fast paced environment responding to change in priorities.
  • Ability to self-manage and take the initiative to support the team in the most efficient and proactive ways.
  • Appreciation of managing sensitive material including GDPR.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to adapt to the fun team you will be working so closely with!
