Marketing Director

UAE-Dubai Permanent Negotiable

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing the company’s brand, raising awareness and spreading its business. He/ She is responsible for developing, planning, budgeting and implementing digital marketing & social media strategies while generating the largest number of visits to the company’s platforms and website and working with sales teams to promote the company’s new and existing products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the creation and take charge of implementing the digital marketing strategy.
  • Execute digital campaigns across various online channels.
  • Formulate and put into action SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and plans.
  • Regularly assess and update website and digital content to ensure its currency.
  • Craft and implement a social media strategy.
  • Expand and oversee social media platforms, managing posting schedules, ensuring timely responses, and fostering engagement.
  • Partner with the product and commercial teams to design, generate, and deploy digital content.
  • Set and oversee the budget for digital advertising.
  • Enhance the online presence to boost brand recognition.
  • Oversee the daily operations, budgets, and enhancements of campaigns in collaboration with our digital agency partners, spanning multiple channels including Facebook, Google, ad networks, affiliates, exchanges, and direct partners.
  • Evaluate data to gauge the overall health of user base and pinpoint potential areas for enhancement.
  • Generate valuable insights and spearhead the conception, assessment, and execution of a series of A/B tests and other refinements across acquisition channels, product components, and communication touchpoints aimed at enhancing acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Forge close working relationships with the analytics and product teams to monitor campaign performance and explore fresh avenues for growth.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Marketing or Communications) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications is essential.
  • Proficiency in devising and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Competency in managing various digital platforms including social media (both organic and paid), websites, mobile applications, and apps.
  • Adept in using Google Analytics to extract key data.
  • Experience in website management, including familiarity with web design and content management, is essential for this position.
