You will need to be a people person, enjoy the roller coaster of working stakeholders across the organisation. <\/p>\n<p>This is a first HR position on the ground, you will not only add process but implement structure. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this position you will need to based in Berlin, worked in a similar role ideally within a start up. Experience of all HR &amp; Recruiting systems.
