The job description is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Essential Criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Zoom, Teams and various 0365 tools. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced high growth environment.<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience.<\/li>\n<li>A background with issue-tracking software.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Azure Active Directory administration<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive\/SharePoint API&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guarantee on-site attendance. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with PowerShell scripting (Preferable). <\/li>\n<li>5 years + experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulating a user experience through the delivery of digital technology collaboration solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contributing to platform capability through testing, implementation and acceptance of new technology.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in collaborative team efforts to successfully manage overlapping projects.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee issues and\/or incidents are solved swiftly.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with procurement teams to assist with purchase requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and expertise across the business focusing on Office 365 solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance, expertise and consultation services for projects on Office 365. <\/li>\n<li>Possess good working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Integration.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot user reported issue on O365 work streams.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in defining and measuring KPI&#8217;s to ensure service health.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process automation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology enthusiast and industry advocate.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role.<\/li>\n<li>An individual who enjoys employing technological solutions to complex technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team-player who enjoys operating within a collective unit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bHBlYXJzZS44ODcyMy4xMjQ5NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This international software company is actively looking to recruit an Office 365 support specialist to help maintain and ensure the effectiveness of operations at their UK base.
