{"id":271061,"date":"2022-11-29T10:23:22","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T09:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/be\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/web-operations-lead\/"},"modified":"2023-01-13T12:24:46","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T11:24:46","slug":"web-operations-lead-271061","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/\/be\/jobs\/marketing\/web-operations-lead-271061\/","title":{"rendered":"Web Operations Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>6 Month Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a3350-\u00a3450 per day<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside IR35<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salt has partnered with a leader in the FMCG space, who are looking for a strong Project Manager and technical content specialist to support the Global Web Operations team in the rollout of the new product launches, markets and feature activation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Global Web Operations Lead will be responsible for some configurations squads allocated to different initiatives. The main goal is to manage end-to-end all the activities and tasks from the configurations to go live.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allocate the squads according to the global rollout plan defined for Product Launches and Markets activations (and eventually Feature Activation) in coordination with Global WebOps manager<\/li>\n<li>ManageE2E their squads from the configuration phase to the hypercare closure:<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Scoping Kits<\/li>\n<li>Epic creation and distribution<\/li>\n<li>PEF uploading (IT will do the technical part but needs to be coordinated)<\/li>\n<li>Test plan creation and distribution<\/li>\n<li>Dashboard creation for tracking UVT progress<\/li>\n<li>Organize daily standups<\/li>\n<li>Capacity assessment<\/li>\n<li>Join the weekly\/daily meeting with the other stakeholders to check the progress on the different initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Arrange the cutover plan during the go live ensuring the support of all the technical stakeholders: IT SMEs and AEM Customer Success Managers<\/li>\n<li>Update on the progress on daily basis the Global WebOps Manger to ensure there are not blockers to the plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of content management systems, particularly AEM<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable stakeholder and project management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this is of interest, please send your CV to tmullaney-downer@welovesalt.com for more info!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/dG11bGxhbmV5ZG93bmVyLjgxMzIyLjEyNDk0QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 Month Contract \u00a3350-\u00a3450 per day Outside IR35 Salt has partnered with a leader in the FMCG space, who are looking for a strong Project Manager and technical content specialist to support the Global Web Operations team in the rollout of the new product launches, markets and feature activation.
