Contract: 6 months

Hybrid working: 2 days onsite – CBD based

Salt Recruitment are currently working with a global education provider to recruit a highly motivated Communications Specialist.

You will be responsible for both internal and external communications for a key IT transformation project, playing a crucial role in supporting change and communications initiatives, engagement efforts, training programs, and business readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, measuring, and reporting on key Information and areas of behavioral and cultural change.
• Collaborate with the Change Lead to deliver awareness, education, and training.
• Implement communications and engagement strategies.
• Develop plans for engagement, events, and communication across multiple channels utilising SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Yammer and Outlook
• Develop and maintain communication artifacts and resources such as presentation packs, FAQs, and guides.

Key Selection Criteria:

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Communication or Change Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Yammer, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams, including business, technical, and operational experts from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to take direction while working autonomously.
• Initiative-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Communications or related field.
