In this role, you’ll be pivotal in developing and executing forward-thinking strategies to meet and exceed client objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Management and Creative teams to deliver data-driven, strategically sound solutions, while also contributing to the agency’s evolution and overall offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and Inspire: Drive the strategic direction across all teams, challenging conventional thinking and turning bold ideas into reality.
  • Craft and Present: Develop and present strategies for digital, shopper, and campaign launches, providing regular updates on trends and insights.
  • Translate and Collaborate: Interpret client briefs and work with Business and Creative teams to deliver strategically solid creative solutions.
  • Connect the Dots: Understand and integrate digital and physical touchpoints to create impactful and cohesive executions.
  • Design and Develop: Create CDJ scenarios and strategies to enhance retail communications, both in-store and online.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with client Data and Insights teams, leveraging consumer insights to inform strategies.
  • Partner and Pitch: Collaborate with the Head of Client Services and internal stakeholders on new business opportunities and pitch proposals.
  • Measure Success: Understand KPIs and devise effective ways to measure success across brand, digital, and social strategies.
  • Synthesise and Collaborate: Combine research and business data into actionable insights and work with creative teams to develop compelling concepts and campaigns.

About You

  • Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years in strategic roles, with a strong background in customer strategy planning and managing global brands. International experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of digital landscape strategy, research, performance marketing, and ecommerce. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for visual presentations.
  • Attributes: Influential, authentic, and emotionally intelligent. Passionate about the industry with a results-driven, open-minded, and positive attitude. Inspires strategic thinking and storytelling.
