{"id":10290,"date":"2020-10-01T06:19:28","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T05:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/full-stack-engineer-scrum-master\/"},"modified":"2020-11-30T13:12:00","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T13:12:00","slug":"senior-developer-tech-lead-10290","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/technology\/senior-developer-tech-lead-10290\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Developer\/ Tech Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Senior Developer \/ Technical Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Our client is currently seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join their rapidly growing and successful start-up. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The ideal candidate is confident working across the full software development lifecycle and up to date with the latest best practices. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The role will also involve leading a small team (x3) and act as the Scrum Master \/ Tech Lead for the projects. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of experts in an environment that harnesses state of the art technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform code and test automation reviews, ensure standards are followed, identify deficiencies, refactoring or upgrade needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned code repositories and ensure versioning standards are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Lead design sessions, propose design alternatives, mentor design best practices, follow up on design decisions to ensure implementation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent object oriented or functional analysis and design skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and apply analysis to make data driven decisions<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a close knit team<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical discipline<\/li>\n<li>Front end skills with JavaScript frameworks (VueJS highly advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>UI \/ UX, Frontend skills<\/li>\n<li>A clear understanding of Microservices Architecture <\/li>\n<li>Experience building web applications in Python <\/li>\n<li>Strong database experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Linux<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Relational (eg. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (eg.
