Submerge yourself in their award-winning culture while creating breakthrough solutions that simplify the lives of consumers and small businesses and their customers worldwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales learning &amp; development and onboarding as well as continuous training for the sales function of my client&#8217;s business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The key responsibilities of the <strong>role<\/strong> include:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Onboard new sales staff with a combined method of both on- &amp; offline learning interventions supported by the sales Learning Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the learning experience design team ensuring that content is up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and teach instructor-led workshops, micro-learning&#8217;s or virtual sessions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Teach both consultants and managers on effective execution of the product and process requirements, as well as coaching expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Perform side by side and remote observation of customer-facing sales consultants to gather compliance data and sales insights and use insights to provide sales coaching to drive increased sales effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Report on compliance metrics quarterly to local and central Sales Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Advise actions to close any gaps in new hires skills development in their 0-90 day onboarding period.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with multiple stakeholders, including local HR business partners and business managers, to certify new hire talent as sales-ready within the 90-day onboarding period.<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular meetings including global meetings (bi-weekly).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To be successful for this role you will need to cover the following skillset:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven capability to impact and effect people at multiple organisational levels.<\/li>\n<li>Solid assessment, prioritising and contracting skills &#8211; key stakeholder analysis and ability to set and manage expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real-time to changes in content and\/or process.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically in a complex environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication and listening skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested please apply for the role via the application button or contact me at mshelest@welovesalt.com.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bXNoZWxlc3QuNjc0NjEuMTA3NzRAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Company Our Client is globally recognisable FinTech, recognised as the best employer and is consistently ranked on Fortune&#8217;s &#8220;100 Best Companies to Work For&#8221; and Fortune World&#8217;s &#8220;Most Admired Software Companies&#8221; lists.
