Originating in Melbourne 4 years ago, this company is looking to hire an experienced multifaceted Senior HR Business Partner\/Manager with a passion for the tech industry.<\/p>\n<p>This role is diverse (not boring) as already has established businesses in Australia Europe &amp; growing rapidly with America next to be launched. They are looking to grow their 55FTE team, with this person pioneering its talent mapping, culture, and success from strategy &amp; HR operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role \/ criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting directly to COO who is a great peoples&#8217; person, you will be the &#8221;go to person&#8221; for all HR related matters globally. You will have free reign to adjust and even overhaul operations if and where required ultimately making this company a greater employer in the future.<\/p>\n<p>As an experienced Senior HR Business manager &amp; being part of the Senior management team, you will be able to develop your role as the business grows. Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talent Acquisition attracting USA candidates for new division.<\/li>\n<li>Driving and developing the OKR framework<\/li>\n<li>Development of initiatives to enhance engagement of the talented team.<\/li>\n<li>Development of training &amp; L&amp;D programs<\/li>\n<li>Managing all HR operations being the trusted advisor on all matters<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and developing staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Some of the key criteria for this role are: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR qualifications &amp; diverse experience in similar IT\/ Fintech company<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy a diverse role and able to contribute being hands on and development of strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Talent Acquisition, HR operations &amp; development of People<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of best practice with legislation not only in Australia but overseas countries i.e., UK &amp; USA (desirable experience)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits to the right applicant: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This company is looking to partner truly with you!<\/li>\n<li>Initial salary guidelines are $140-150k + super (however slightly negotiable with experience)<\/li>\n<li>Flexitime where required.
