You&#8217;ll give feedback on the UX as well as the UI, so ideally you&#8217;ll have proven experience in both as well as strong stakeholder management skills and leadership experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitation of inclusive design and consistency across digital services<\/li>\n<li>Providing design direction and mentorship to a team of designers<\/li>\n<li>Providing formal sign-off for delivery into production<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identifying opportunities and lead improvements regarding tools, processes, ways of working and delivery efficiencies and quality<\/li>\n<li>Engaging with and managing key stakeholders to identify, influence and align initiatives to avoid duplication to ensure a consistent experience within and across digital services<\/li>\n<li>Influencing the strategic direction for the service<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging a cross-functional community of collaboration to deliver enterprise-wide solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional working knowledge of design processes, methodologies, principles, tools and systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading and mentoring designers on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive and user-friendly native mobile designs (iOS and Android)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead design workshops, co-design sessions and retros<\/li>\n<li>Excellent design skills to create artefacts such as design systems, wireframes, prototypes, user flows etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient within agile environments, using relevant practices and principles<\/li>\n<li>Able to guide and influence design decisions to reflect customer and business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentoring \/ coaching role<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative working environment<\/li>\n<li>Large, mature design practice<\/li>\n<li>Work with some of Melbourne&#8217;s best design talent<\/li>\n<li>Join a low-ego team<\/li>\n<li>Good work \/ life balance<\/li>\n<li>Regular team building events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/SkNvcm5lci4wOTQ5Ni4xMDc3NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Company: A large, innovative organisation in Melbourne&#8217;s CBD are looking for a UI\/UX Lead to join their mature design department.
