You&#8217;ll join a collaborative and dynamic team that services a wide variety of iconic and boutique sports and fashion brands. Working arrangements are 3 days from home, 2 in the office, based 5km from Melbourne&#8217;s CBD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll create high-quality, custom UI design solutions for a range of clients, and build websites using Webflow. You&#8217;ll be comfortable presenting your designs to clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the best websites possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading an Agile web design process in collaboration with the UX Lead<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with head of technology with application of technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Managing projects to ensure delivery against contracts and SLA&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Hands on UI design across all our web projects<\/li>\n<li>Build front end websites in Webflow<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in breed websites;<\/li>\n<li>Implement user-centred research methods that translate to digital features and design<\/li>\n<li>Help define the strategic vision and directions for large web projects<\/li>\n<li>Presenting your designs to clients<\/li>\n<li>Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver wireframes and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to demonstrate outstanding UI design skills<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience working on a variety of enterprise websites<\/li>\n<li>Experience with design systems<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working as part of an Agile team and closely with developers<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Webflow, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Confident working with clients to understand detailed requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design complete user experiences that align to the client needs and vision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent portfolio opportunity with well-known brands<\/li>\n<li>Varied, interesting work<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working with 3 days a week from home<\/li>\n<li>Close-knit, supportive team<\/li>\n<li>Company in a period of growth<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for growth and career development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/SkNvcm5lci4yNjAxNi4xMDc3NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Company: Small but rapidly growing Marketing agency.
