{"id":15242,"date":"2021-06-10T11:46:34","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T10:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/junior-salesforce-developer\/"},"modified":"2021-08-09T14:09:22","modified_gmt":"2021-08-09T13:09:22","slug":"junior-salesforce-developer-15242","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/technology\/junior-salesforce-developer-15242\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior SalesForce Developer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Junior SalesForce Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Seeking a Junior SalesForce Developer to provide consulting services and assist the marketing team in the design of campaigns to achieve successful business outcomes. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Salt Australia <\/em>has partnered with a multi-national technology company experiencing exponential growth, who are currently seeking a J<em>unior SalesForce Developer<\/em> to join one of their high-performing teams on a permanent basis. <\/p>\n<p>As the<em> Junior SalesForce Developer, y<\/em>ou will own the delivery of multi-channel data driven campaigns, provide proactive consulting &amp; advice on best practice campaign design and be the main liaison point between the client and your internal teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Socialising new technical capability available to marketing, through suggested applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate with a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing to briefing and optimisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prioritising multiple tasks based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA &amp; execution on time and as per campaign brief<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> Consult\/guide on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new &amp; existing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 years working experience in build &amp; delivery of data driven marketing campaigns <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in using SQL to perform data analysis &amp; identifying customers based on business criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience using Enterprise Marketing tools in <strong>Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Great understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks as well as ad-hoc tatical campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge\/background managing multiple key projects with track records of success to clients or agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If this role sounds like you, please click the &#8220;Apply&#8221; button below.
