A rare opportunity opening for a HR generalist to join the team for a end of year contract (may extend to other opportunities). You will be valued employee with partnering with this greater business. <\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Employer Experience Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible as a key contributor to this shared service function to APAC. New Global policies are being rolled out across the company so you will be involved with volume case management enquiries.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a graduate or entry level HR professional who want to kick start their career.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 8.5pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnering key leadership teams across APAC with all areas stated above.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice and guidance on broad range of important People Resources &amp; Issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service response through exceptional communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive through administering queries and providing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee experience with teams to develop talent and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 8.5pt\">Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be a qualified &amp; or experienced HR advisor (at least 1 year experience) who had got strong engagement &amp; comfortable working with providing solutions &amp; solving problems for various stakeholders.
