About the Role \/ Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This global iconic digital company<\/strong> with over 30,000 employees (& growing) with leading innovative software platforms. As part of this growth, this is a newly created role to support the Sales team in APAC.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This program manager role for APAC (Sales Enablement) is an individual contributor role, where you will be leading and managing local execution of the global enablement programs tailoring to the organizational needs for each region. Some of the countries you will be looking after are Australia, NZ, APAC, China & Korea.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Reporting to the Global Sales Enablement Manager who is amazing and supportive & flexible. You can work for home, be based anywhere in Australia, Singapore, or Hong Kong. However, travel is required locally and nationally when the restrictions are lifted.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As a experience program manager – sales enablement, you must thrive on working for a fast paced dynamic sales teams and have the business acumen to create, develop and implement sales training & enablement aligned with business priorities across a various sales teams across the regions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In summary, you will be covering end-to-end global enablement programs for your region, managing the annual forecasts & budget, work together with other Regional Enablement Program & all Sales Management on best practice and new innovations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking to hire a highly organised experience program manager who has worked a similar sale enablement role high matrix-ed company global. It would be great to have worked across the regions. You will have great ideas, be able to business case and implement, and super passionate about producing high quality work, with a great eye for details. You will have great interpersonal skills. Some of knowledge you must have is the understanding of sales methodologies, training principles, e-learning, facilitation experience, great presentation skills. Desirable language skills of having a second language of Chinese or Korea would be great but not essential.<\/p>\n
