{"id":15777,"date":"2021-07-18T04:41:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-18T03:41:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/senior-cyber-security-consultant-mainframe-identity\/"},"modified":"2021-09-16T14:08:08","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T13:08:08","slug":"senior-cyber-security-consultant-mainframe-identity-15777","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/technology\/senior-cyber-security-consultant-mainframe-identity-15777\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Cyber Security Consultant &#8211; Mainframe Identity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a Senior Consultant within the Mainframe Identity Services team, you will provide principal security technology-based consulting services incorporating the development and design of security strategy and implementation of technological solutions required to deliver key business functions in a secure and efficient manner.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Day to day you will need to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confer with systems users to develop areas of change in requirements, which permit greater efficiency, systems integration or cost reduction <\/li>\n<li>Undertake research into new hardware or operating system technology and maintain an authoritative understanding of technology changes and developments <\/li>\n<li>Develop specialised proposals and detailed technical evaluations of products and techniques to meet business needs <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical input to design of major technology solutions and oversee their execution <\/li>\n<li>Investigate longer-term strategic and high complexity software or hardware problems and coordinate resolution with software vendors, hardware manufacturers as required <\/li>\n<li>Technical design, coordinating the work on systems and integrating new applications with existing systems and files <\/li>\n<li>Provide effective and efficient infrastructure support to customers <\/li>\n<li>Undertake application development diagnostic work, where required, to troubleshoot issues <\/li>\n<li>Support specific project goals by providing expertise and technical assurance for key system components to support costing efforts and to ensure the integrity of design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>What you will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years relevant business experience <\/li>\n<li>Sound Knowledge of Technology Industry <\/li>\n<li>10+ years&#8217; experience in a Security Analyst role (Mainframe) <\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in a Technology discipline or related field <\/li>\n<li>JCL (Job Control Language) coding experience <\/li>\n<li>SAS (Statistical Analysis System) programming expertise <\/li>\n<li>ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility) <\/li>\n<li>ISPF Dialogue Management Services <\/li>\n<li>SDSF (Spool Display Search Facility) <\/li>\n<li>RACF Security Expertise <\/li>\n<li>Audit, Risk, Controls Background \/ exposure <\/li>\n<li>Programming experiencing in one more programming discipline (including, Assembler, PL1 and Cobol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/R0Nvb3Blci4zMDU1MC4xMDc3NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a Senior Consultant within the Mainframe Identity Services team, you will provide principal security technology-based consulting services incorporating the development and design of security strategy and implementation of technological solutions required to deliver key business functions in a secure and efficient manner.
