{"id":16477,"date":"2021-08-31T06:37:38","date_gmt":"2021-08-31T05:37:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/director-fpa-anz\/"},"modified":"2021-10-30T14:11:23","modified_gmt":"2021-10-30T13:11:23","slug":"director-fpa-anz-16477","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/hr-business-operations\/director-fpa-anz-16477\/","title":{"rendered":"Director &#8211; FPA &#8211; ANZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">About the Role \/ Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Established 30 years &amp; a well-known company &amp; brand who are leaders in their product range and service with its reputable multiproduct healthcare solutions &amp; products (including tech solutions).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role as <strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Director &#8211; FPA ANZ<\/strong> based in Sydney AU (4 reports) reports to Head of Finance (global) however will be part of a collaborative innovative leadership team who are Business Partners in Sydney. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As a trusted Senior leader in FP&amp;A with both financial &amp; business goals as the primary focus, you will have plenty of scope to forge a very successful career with this company. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Some of the main responsibilities that fall under your remit is as follows: &#8211; <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and regular financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement &amp; challenge the status quo too<\/li>\n<li>Embrace the business projects for e.g., M&amp;A modelling, design, planning, reporting &amp; presenting business cases<\/li>\n<li>Lead staff &amp; other stakeholders to coach and develop in your area of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Be the authority to mitigate financial risk by being the advocate for financial discipline<\/li>\n<li> Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for controls with P&amp;Ls top (80%) and bottom line (20%) growth in line with all the leadership team in both wholesale &amp; retail sectors. This includes OPEX and CAPEX budget controls<\/li>\n<li>Use TM1, Cognos, Tableau, Advanced Excel, database management and advanced PowerPoint user preferred.
