{"id":17009,"date":"2021-09-21T09:15:10","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T08:15:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/digital-experience-lead\/"},"modified":"2021-11-20T13:12:16","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T13:12:16","slug":"digital-experience-lead-17009","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/marketing\/digital-experience-lead-17009\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Experience Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Digital Experience Lead<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>With offices around the globe, this agency is focused on increasing customers&#8217; digital experiences for one of the world&#8217;s most renowned consumer tech brands.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This new role will play a pivotal part in the agency&#8217;s eCommerce and analytical capabilities and offerings to their client while looking at their overall digital marketing service offering.<\/p>\n<p> Reporting to the Business Director, the Digital Experience Lead will be responsible for partnering with their key client and evaluating their ecommerce performance and &#8216;.com&#8217; operations; making recommendation for engagement, optimisation and modifications in order to increased digital conversions and overall ROI.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What does your day-to-day look like?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop &amp; execute digital marketing and eCommerce strategies; utilising your team of digital &amp; tech specialists.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse data and online behaviour to drive online conversions and user experiences. As well as measuring &amp; monitoring the performance of content, adoption of new features and postproduction build.<\/li>\n<li>Be the key point of contact and communicator to their key client and all relevant internal\/external parties.<\/li>\n<li>Support with product registration process and identity and analyse KPI&#8217; on web traffic and lead conversion funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Drive your small team of specialists to success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your background and experience?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;ll ideally hold 5+yrs experience in a similar ecommerce focused role; either agency or inhouse.<\/li>\n<li>Previous knowledge and experience with Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, usage and strategic frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re customer-centric and are comfortable with customer decision journey planning.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll have experience with team management.
