To build on their existing success overseas, they are looking to hire dedicated business development managers to join their team here in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p>You will be successful in this role by utilising your existing networks and through relentlessly hunting for new business. Sales experience is a must, and communication skills are key! This is a unique opportunity that grants you the ability to leverage off a cutting-edge technology platform and be part of something big- from the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new business utilising a number of strategies and adapting to different clients needs and wants<\/li>\n<li>Learn the platform inside out and confidently speak about it from start to finish of the sales lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Recognise opportunities with existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Must be polished &amp; a confident presenter <\/li>\n<li>Must have a sense of urgency in all that you do and must be outcome driven<\/li>\n<li>Report to your team lead and meet KPI&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Develop, adapt and plan sales strategies to optimise best outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Brief, pitch and present confidently to new clients and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills an absolute must!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CRM platforms and recording all relevant material (Experience with HubSpot advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Pipeline reporting and management of sales pipelines both individually and within a team<\/li>\n<li>Presenting to clients and customers (both in person and via video call)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Have strong understanding of KPI&#8217;s and confident with reaching targets on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Media sales experience <\/li>\n<li>Interest in media, marketplace booking software &amp; design industry. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perks: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incredible company, culture &amp; business model <\/li>\n<li>Lucritive salary and uncapped earning potential <\/li>\n<li>Career development, world class training and ongoing opportunity to progress in your career\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are both senior and junior opportunities available and we are looking for hungry, passionate business development managers who are ready to be part of something BIG! <\/p>\n<p>This role will require a great level of dedication and passion for the industry.
