{"id":22828,"date":"2022-03-07T23:01:27","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T23:01:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/support-consultant-healthcare-software-disability\/"},"modified":"2022-05-07T14:08:57","modified_gmt":"2022-05-07T13:08:57","slug":"support-consultant-healthcare-software-disability-22828","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/technology\/support-consultant-healthcare-software-disability-22828","title":{"rendered":"Support Consultant &#8211; Healthcare Software &amp; Disability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Support Consultant &#8211; <\/strong><strong>Healthcare Software &amp; Disability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Seeking a support consultant to come and work with complex health software systems in the Home Care and Disability sector across Perth metro areas.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT&#8217;S ON OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perth based &#8211; 12-Month FTC \/ $70,000 &#8211; $85,000<\/strong> depending on experience<\/li>\n<li>Great Australian company working with healthcare software<\/li>\n<li>Industry experience in Home Care and Disability care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be focusing on working with healthcare software, however, this is more of a functional role, (Not Technical).<\/p>\n<p>You will be answering client questions and queries and you will have world class customer service skills, so your communication is key for this role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will be a strong problem solver and will be dealing with data sets and other teams to rectify any problems.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Liaising with the Dev and Testing teams, you will be a vital part to resolve any issues for the clientele in the Home Care and Disability sector.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>They are a well-established Healthcare Software leader that have been operating for over thirty years providing a diverse range of platforms for their clientele.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A fun-loving culture that encourages its employees to further develop and grow in their respective IT career.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the first point of contact for clients who have application support queries by answering calls and responding to support cases and emails for a Healthcare provider.<\/li>\n<li>Log all queries received and resolve them in line with our support Service Level Agreement and agreed KPI&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with various other teams and team members (i.e. Senior Support, Product &amp; Development Teams, Implementation teams) to resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on escalated cases, and elicit responses where required.<\/li>\n<li>Identify client training requirements and challenges and work with the Account Management team to resolve these.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with deployment of releases and service packs<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supporting large and complex application-based software systems (preferably health related).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a case management system (ticketing system).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with supporting customer-based end users.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SQL and the writing and executing of scripts would be great, not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the use of technology to deploy updates to software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Time management and scheduling. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
