This position is office based in Regents Park .<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be supporting TA Advisors with administration\/ QA checks &amp; customer service to ultimately give candidates a great experience with their recruitment journey.<\/p>\n<p>The following duties include:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administration support to the TA team in an effective and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Arrange &amp; administer interviews<\/li>\n<li>Administer and assist with innovative recruitment strategies<\/li>\n<li>Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that you have a great positive high touch candidate experience while engaging with all stakeholders and candidates<\/li>\n<li>Manage &amp; coordinate the interview process<\/li>\n<li>Provide all preemployment checks and administer accurately during process<\/li>\n<li>Candidate targeted searching and screening candidates<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports where required and other ad hoc duties<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy working in busy environment and experience with this<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you<\/p>\n<p>We are open to applicants that have got at least one year in a similar role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Benefits<\/p>\n<p>Flexible working arrangement is available.<\/p>\n<p>Offering $43 + super per hour<\/p>\n<p>Immediate Start!<\/p>\n<p>How to Apply<\/p>\n<p>To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
