Its subsidiaries provide domain name registry and registrar services, in addition to associated products and services, including web hosting, brand management, and domain parking.<\/p>\n<p>The Wholesale division of their business needs a Customer Relationships Manager to ensure clients&#8217; needs are met, minimise churn, retain high, recurring revenue as well as identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and support them in growing their business<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does the position entail?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own your portfolio of clients, and ensure the excellent delivery of revenues and high levels of client satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Be KPI-drive and thrive to meet and exceed agreed targets.<\/li>\n<li>Expanding and cement every client&#8217;s relationship with TPPW<\/li>\n<li>Be an extension of your client&#8217;s business, fixing issues and escalating quickly where needed<\/li>\n<li>Identify client needs and expose cross-sell and additional revenue opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree level\/Cert IV level business or sales qualifications preferred, otherwise extensive<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience (3+ years in client management and\/or sales)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in similar role in IT service industry, preferably with B2B focus.<\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded, with track record of delivering to specified targets\/KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is the perfect hybrid position for someone who is a hunter and a farmer.
