· Provide high-level of support to self-managed, dynamic & executive team<\/p>\n
· Diary management: maintain Executive’s appointments by planning and scheduling<\/p>\n
meetings, conferences and video conferences.<\/p>\n
· Prepare meeting agendas and take actions during meetings<\/p>\n
· Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare<\/p>\n
itineraries and agendas.<\/p>\n
· Organise key team events and team building activities.<\/p>\n
· Submit expenses and other admin support as required<\/p>\n
· Collate adhoc reports.<\/p>\n
· Occasionally work outside business hours to accommodate international time zones\/meetings & attend events.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
