You will be working across complex projects involving API&#8217;s, Web Hooks and Sequences and you will be the principal conduit between the development teams and delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and Customers to take high-level feature sets, elicit business requirements, and document detailed solutions for features or functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Strong exposure to the full software development lifecycle from initial requirements elicitation through to release and operational handover.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perm role paying $160,000 Base + Super <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensive experience<\/strong> with Web Hooks, API&#8217;s, Sequences and Applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT&#8217;S ON OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working arrangements (Remote in Australia)<\/li>\n<li>Fast growing business that is looking to disrupt the market.<\/li>\n<li>Fast paced environment, start-up feel with the financial backing.<\/li>\n<li>Open vacation policy and flexible holidays so you can take time off when you need it.<\/li>\n<li>MacBooks are our standard, but we&#8217;re happy to get you whatever equipment helps you get your job done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and Customers to take high-level feature sets, elicit business requirements, and document detailed solutions for features or functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Looking for a BA that has preferably come from a development background and understands how to speak with Development teams to be the conduit for the delivery teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensive experience<\/strong> with Web Hooks, API&#8217;s, Sequences and Applications.<\/li>\n<li>Define and validate as-is and to-be business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development Leads to understand and shape technical solutions that align with business use cases and product strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Write user stories for functional and non-functional requirements and define granular user acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Validate requirements strategically, functionally, and with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Articulate system integration and data migration requirements, including building and maintaining data models.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the running of Agile teams and contribute to the management of several product stream development workflows and backlogs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>They are a well-funded Fintech company that work with ASX listed companies around Australia to build custom solutions.<\/p>\n<p>A start-up like culture, that breeds some of the best Agile delivery teams.<\/p>\n<p>They are looking for a well-rounded individual that can work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MUST HAVE:<\/strong> 3+ years&#8217; experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, with exposure to the full software development lifecycle from initial requirements elicitation through to release and operational handover.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensive experience<\/strong> with Web Hooks, API&#8217;s, Sequences and Applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preferably has: <\/strong>Come from a development background and understands basic programming and how to communicate with the developers.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Be able to develop and articulate technical requirements through a strategic lens with the Customers&#8217; needs in the forefront.<\/li>\n<li>Have high attention to detail yet will grasp the bigger picture of a project and company purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively champion a culture of continuous business process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of relational database design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Formal Business Analysis\/Agile certification or qualification is highly desired (e.g., BABOK, AgilePM, IIBA, SAFe).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project development and collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be successful: <\/strong>You must be someone who can work across multiple streams of the business.
