To build on their existing success overseas, they are looking to hire a dedicated Client\/ Account Manager to join their team here in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p>You will be successful in this role by utilising your relationship building skills. You must have a high level of organisation and strategic thinking capabilities, with an aptitude to learn. Account Management experience is a must, and communication skills are key! This is a unique opportunity that grants you the ability to leverage off a cutting-edge technology platform and be part of something big- from the beginning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboarding new clients and ensuring they are getting the most out of their product<\/li>\n<li>Manage client portfolios for new and existing business<\/li>\n<li>Be a point of contact for your accounts- must have a strong understanding of the technology and be able to discuss with clients in a detailed manor.<\/li>\n<li>Recognise upsell and cross sell opportunities with existing businesses<\/li>\n<li>Organise and schedule meetings to provide support and guidance, renewal, advertising etc.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse data sets and provide relevant feedback to your clients to ensure they are reaching their full potential as a customer<\/li>\n<li>Record and report accurate content in the CRM system<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects at a time and collaborate with your team accordingly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 years experience in client services or account management<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years working across project management and understand how to lead multiple projects at a time<\/li>\n<li>Clear communicator with strong relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience working across a digital media landscape (CMS, Social Media, Websites, Google Analytics, Dashboards).<\/li>\n<li>KPI driven and ready for a challenge<\/li>\n<li>Must be organised, attentive, hard working and can work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that has already demonstrated a high level of success internationally.
