The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Fast learner that&#8217;s adaptable to change and comfortable in a high pace setting<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Ability to read basic Java\/JavaScript code<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Experience working with dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Experience with relational databases such as MySQL<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Linux and\/or UNIX experience<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Highly experienced in their ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Whilst not essential, experience with the following will be an advantage<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Angular experience<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Exposure to broader infrastructure services, operating systems, hardware and networking<\/p>\n<p>&#183; A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Experience troubleshooting and optimizing web application performance<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Previous experience in software development(or) software consulting<\/p>\n<p>&#183; Experience providing SaaS support<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A graduate with with 4+ years Technical Support expertise (Application\/Software Support preferred)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift time<\/strong>: 7am-3:30pm Monday &#8211; Friday.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Please note: You must have Full Working Rights, OR be an Australian Permanent Resident, or Citizen to be considered for this role.
