The Senior BA will work cross-functionally with product teams to prepare and deliver the business functions and processes.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Senior BA who has strong Business Case development exposure, in order to work towards reshaping and developing the Student Management System (SMS) Business Case for the program.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of business process maps, impact assessments, gathering business requirements, options assessments papers, reporting, as documentation required to support and delivery the SMS Program.<\/li>\n<li>Research and determine business requirements, identify effective and best business process working toward solutions, including proposals to ensure smooth delivery of project according to timelines and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Advise and guide technical teams in understanding business processes and requirements to ensure seamless delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Support creation, review and endorsement of processes by business process owners.<\/li>\n<li>Develop communication packages to engage business stakeholders to push business decisions ensuring clear communication to the business and participation from key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the management of the Test, Change and Training teams as required.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing data from a variety of sources to ascertain suitability for the program outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years + working as a business analyst on large-scale project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in the management of requirement and business outcomes in a large private or public sector organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of the system development life cycle and the positioning of business analysis within it.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM and ERP Finance systems (PeopleSoft).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with BPMN.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>***This position will require WWCC and police check clearance to be cleared upon on-boarding***<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/emJ1cmdlc3MuMzk1MzIuMTA3NzRAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This position presents the opportunity to work on a program that will have wide-reaching beneficial outcomes across NSW.
