{"id":33230,"date":"2022-12-02T00:31:08","date_gmt":"2022-12-02T00:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/systems-admin-applications\/"},"modified":"2023-01-31T13:08:08","modified_gmt":"2023-01-31T13:08:08","slug":"systems-admin-applications-33230","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/technology\/systems-admin-applications-33230\/","title":{"rendered":"Systems Admin (Applications)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Systems Admin (Application)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt is excited to have partnered with a leading Healthcare organisation based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a Systems Admin to join one of their Applications teams on a permanent basis. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an Systems Admin, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be required to provide Level 1 support across 40+ application, severs and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ensure application operating systems, software systems, and related procedures promote and maintain business continuity <\/li>\n<li>Assist project teams resolve technical issues through their initiation and planning phases<\/li>\n<li>Help to resolve tickets<\/li>\n<li>Identify, Troubleshoot and Escalate any issues<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the application owners and third party vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful Systems Admin should have the following skill set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience working as a Systems Admin or Application Support Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Application installation, upgrades, configuration, and patching<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in providing support across several programming languages (Java, .NET, Perl)<\/li>\n<li>Experience Application management scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python)<\/li>\n<li>Hands on knowledge of various Databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Database Management (Backup, Restore, Performance Tuning, Monitoring)<\/li>\n<li>Expertise working with Windows and Linux operating systems<\/li>\n<li>Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested then apply now, as we are interviewing for this role immediately!
