This position is based in Macquarie Park however they have a Hybrid working model whereby employees are in the office 2-3 days per week.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years hands-on social media experience &#8211; paid <strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">and <\/strong>organic<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1.5 years&#8217; experience with Meta\/Facebook advertising<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram. Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and Youtube<\/li>\n<li>Community management\/engagement experience<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and a high-level of accountability<\/li>\n<li>A passion and strong understanding of all things social<\/li>\n<li>Ability to share the brands culture and proposition with followers in an upbeat, compelling and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and customer service skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you will do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Community engagement on various social media platforms and pages (including outside of business hours)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer queries are managed ina timely manner and in line with each brand&#8217;s tone of voice<\/li>\n<li>Build brand LOVE by proactively identifying opportunities to have meaningful conversations and interactions with their social media community and shoppers<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with like-minded brands<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular community engagement and social listening reporting<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute Meta social paid media campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Ensure campaigns are delivered as briefed, on time and adhere to brand guidelines, industry\/channel best practice and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Closely monitor and analyse performance and provide input to increase campaign performance<\/li>\n<li>Be an active team member by collaborating and participating in campaign creative meetings<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular social and paid media reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned Aussie company. This is a contract role until April 2023 with the opportunity to extend. The day rate is $270-$290\/day depending on experience.
