Due to solid growth, they are on the hunt for two motivated Sales consultants to join their teams in <strong>Wollert and Donnybrook.<\/strong> The successful candidate will have previous new home build experience and a genuine passion for the space. This person will be supported by a Sales Associate and be a part of a wider high-performing team. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with prospective customers to understand their housing needs and preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert knowledge and advice on available house packages to help customers make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a seamless sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the local housing market.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing collateral within the display is current.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in selling new home packages, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.<\/li>\n<li>Sales or Marketing qualification &#8211; desirable but not essential <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, and verbal communication &amp; and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on weekends and have a full driver&#8217;s license as occasional travel is expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary + uncapped commission earnings.<\/li>\n<li>A comprehensive training program with ongoing sales mentorship.<\/li>\n<li>A beautiful Display Home work environment;<\/li>\n<li>Staff rewards, recognition, and celebrations of special events<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle leases<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Wellbeing Program\/Activities<\/li>\n<li>Exciting career progress <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are currently open to opportunities and would like to be considered for this role, please share your updated resume via the link provided.
