The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LDAP\/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication or user management systems (e.g. Azure AD, Okta. SAML, SiteMinder)<\/li>\n<li>Email Infrastructure (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, Postfix)<\/li>\n<li>Web Services (consuming or providing) (SOAP, REST)<\/li>\n<li>Network infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Linux\/Unix OR Microsoft Server<\/li>\n<li>Experience providing SaaS support<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using tools like Splunk, Elk, and handling Network Devices &amp; Load Balancers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems<\/li>\n<li>Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science (or related technical degree) or 2+ years of related experience within technical<\/p>\n<p>support or software coding environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift timing : 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Sydney\/Melbourne<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Please note: You must have Full Working Rights, OR be an Australian Permanent Resident, or Citizen to be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>To apply, click the link and upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx), or can share your resume at <strong>rsharma@welovesalt.com<\/strong> for a confidential discussion.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cnNoYXJtYS40NTk4OC4xMDc3NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hiring !!
