You must have industry specific experience &amp;\/or knowledge of Audio Visual &amp; Digital Integration Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the General Manager, the primary purpose is to lead and manage experienced technicians &amp; contractors to provide exceptional service that ultimate exceed the customer expectations and increase contract renewals. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the service department by managing a team of staff who are experienced AV field technicians, support staff, contractors, management, customers and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Aim to exceed the SLAs put in place by monitoring and reporting in proactive manner.<\/li>\n<li>Develop exceptional customer relationships internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsive, accountable and always provide a positive <\/li>\n<li>Mitigate risks by always with adhering to WHS practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer training, help create service manuals and monthly reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining prompt service job response<\/li>\n<li>Attend clients&#8217; sights sometimes to ensure work is completed &amp; service is provided.<\/li>\n<li>Improving the customer experience by identifying solutions that meet and exceed expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Consulting with the national group on national projects, new opportunities, and system design<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and presenting monthly management reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #2e3849;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">The Successful Applicant Should Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AV service department management experience <\/li>\n<li>Proven Help Desk supervision experience <\/li>\n<li>Be able to lead a team effectively to provide a positive culture.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong strategic planning, project management and financial analysis skills <\/li>\n<li>Networking skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships at different levels both internally and externally to the organisation. <\/li>\n<li>Strong team management skills <\/li>\n<li>Current Australian driver&#8217;s license <\/li>\n<li>Pass a police check &amp; medical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #2e3849;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great culture and team environment with supportive management<\/li>\n<li>Growing well known organisation<\/li>\n<li>Salary is negotiable &#8211; salary band is $130 &#8211; $150K + super (negotiable with industry experience)<\/li>\n<li>Career development and training opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
