Please note that you will have the opportunity to gain other skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Be Doing?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome employees, vendors, suppliers, couriers, contractors, and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage office events, including catering, and coordinate various activities &#8211; embrace opportunities to have fun and foster a positive work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, handling couriers, and managing purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Work in tandem with the Office Manager to provide support with other sites and states, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Bring?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required, can be from hospitality, retail, etc.<\/li>\n<li>University or tertiary education qualification preferred<\/li>\n<li>You have great presentation and are punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with all team members.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tech-savvy in picking up new software systems for administrative purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently maintain a positive, energetic attitude with a positive outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How To Apply<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the position, please click the appropriate link to apply.
