The position will also involve the co-ordination of projects. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing level 2-3 support across our main hospital situated in Perth, WA within an ITIL framework.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging with key contacts to discuss and agree on steps for implementation of pipeline projects and escalate through to relevant teams to ensure a seamless handover of support.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Application teams to deliver a proactive and efficient support service to end users.<\/li>\n<li>Escalation of issues through to the National IT Support Team Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure defined SLA&#8217;s are being met and\/or exceeded<\/li>\n<li>Exhibiting great levels of customer service in all interactions<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the on-call roster and provide support for any escalated issues for your territory (and possibly, beyond).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT&#8217;S ON OFFER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>An opportunity to be a part of a great national company that is delivering exceptional services across Australia for Healthcare and Hospitals professionals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A leading private provider of health services in Australia.
