In addition, as these existing Hosts successfully grow on the platform, it will be imperative that you help them maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience. These initiatives will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education.<\/p>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Beyond customer service management responsibilities, you&#8217;ll also support (Senior) Regional Managers on your team to deliver one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled e-mail communication. Ultimately, this team will be responsible for helping long-tail Hosts thrive.<\/li>\n<li>Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly\/annual sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for someone that is goals-obsessed, is inputs-driven, and is willing to take action (high volume of calls, meetings, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Respond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and efficient manner,<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on opportunities in your region to drive increase in sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you need to succeed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of at least 2+ years of experience partner support roles in software platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Hospitality and or travel industry experience (nice to have).<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and prioritization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Hungry with a strong bias for action, and persistent in the face of adversity and objection.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.<\/li>\n<li>Team player: highly motivated to share best practices and knowledge to help peers succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in using CRM software, Salesforce experience is a plus.\\<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>This role can be fully remote however there is a preference to be based in Sydney! This is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract, may extend. Great fast paced and agile culture.
