You will generate a mixture of video, design and digital collateral and have the technical skill to implement this on owned social and digital channels using a range of tools and platforms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Creative<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with Account Manager, Social and Creative leads to translate campaign requirements into content ideas and technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Work with creative teams to deliver solutions to campaign objectives including ideas across websites, digital display, social and other rich media platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Content production<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Storyboard, direct and shoot video content<\/li>\n<li>Edit existing video footage, creative assets and other digital content in line with campaign requirements<\/li>\n<li>Create and publish digital content to social and website properties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Content management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage digital content across website and social platforms<\/li>\n<li>Create new pages and content areas within WordPress CMS<\/li>\n<li>Edit existing website page and template code to effect changes as required (CSS, HTML etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UX and digital development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create wireframes to demonstrate web content structure and usability features<\/li>\n<li>Develop interactive prototypes to bring creative concepts to life and showcase features<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working environment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work within a blended creative &#8211; development team using both agile and waterfall project delivery environments<\/li>\n<li>Attend daily and weekly team WIP meetings and stand-ups to understand job priorities, upcoming work and project deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Accurately scope tasks to deliver on brief requirements then execute tasks within estimated timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Accurately record time spent working on projects in timesheet platforms such as Harvest and Accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, knowledge and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Video creation and editing skills using software such as After Effects, Premiere etc<\/li>\n<li>WordPress development experience (creating and editing templates, publishing content etc.)<\/li>\n<li>HTML, CSS etc<\/li>\n<li>Adobe Creative Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Educational \/ Technical Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years in content management &amp; production including video<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; HTML skills &#8211; Adobe Creative Suite programs, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and HTML, CSS and knowledge of Javascript would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Wireframe creation experience using Sketch and\/or InVision.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of content management systems, namely WordPress, Social Media platforms, CRM or email marketing platforms<\/li>\n<li>Video creation and editing skills using software such as After Effects and Premiere<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of online marketing strategies including Mobile, display, SEM, SEO, social media\/marketing platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Monitor and\/or Mailchimp<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of connected tools and services (Mobile app development, Internet connectivity processes, CRM, Databases, and online support tools)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST Position Purpose This role&#8217;s purpose is to create, produce and manage content across various digital channels for internal and external clients within this retailers multiple brands across the group.
