This is a fun and collaborative environment!<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diary management: maintains executive&#8217;s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting agendas and take actions during meetings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas.<\/li>\n<li>Organise key team events and team building activities.<\/li>\n<li>Submit expense reports on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with other EA&#8217;s globally to ensure best outcomes at pace<\/li>\n<li>Maintain admin records.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales rebate process.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining focus in a WFH environment.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up\/through on actions if delays or challenges by exception.<\/li>\n<li>Other adhoc duties will be required as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar role supporting Director level<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of cross regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships<\/li>\n<li>A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded<\/li>\n<li>Positive, enthusiastic and empowered mind set with a &#8220;can do attitude&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Office 365 and Google Docs<\/li>\n<li>Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
