Also above market salary, perks and career opportunities that can set you up for life!<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif;color: black\">Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Projects including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensuring installations &amp; implementations within budget, time, cost and quality &amp; safety.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Updating\/creating site technical drawings and documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Lead and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Coordinating efforts with teams to assure a smooth transition to operations, after the qualification and the verification of the installation have been finalised.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Selecting, qualifying and coordination of contractors&#8217; activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">What qualifies you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of tertiary study in Mechanical, Electrical , Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">3 years&#8217; experience in the engineering field<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Project &amp; people leading skills including developed analytical bugetary skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in <strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">food manufacturing environment &#8211; preferred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders will require a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing and leading teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/strong> and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Self-management following defined KPIs\/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"> <strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\"><em>Applicants must have full Australian working rights <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\"><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">What benefits are there for you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary band is $105 &#8211; $115K + super + bonus<\/li>\n<li>Full relocation cost in Australia<\/li>\n<li>Move to 2 of the most beautiful areas in Qld and NSW where the cost of living \/ house is affordable.
