With a strong pipeline of work, this brand-new position will work with the Managing Director to ensure services are executed effectively, while building and maintaining excellent client relations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage diverse projects: drone services thermal mapping, koala detection, carbon validation, rural firefighting, weed control, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budgets, hitting deadlines and exceeding expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage your drone expertise to optimize operations and have an in-depth understanding of drone technology for the agricultural industry.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel to sites across NSW, Victoria and QLD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Experience and background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess an agricultural background or strong environmental focus.<\/li>\n<li>Excel at project management, juggling multi-faceted tasks in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Australian drone industry and airspace regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with tender writing and proposal development.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GIS technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company car to fuel your journey.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonuses.<\/li>\n<li>Remote working from home, with travel to client sites.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate team shaping the future of sustainable environmental solutions for Australia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acknowledgement of Country<\/p>\n<p>Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
