You will be supporting the Head of Department to train and develop staff and help improve delivery across a portfolio of clients, whilst also keeping your finger on the pulse with a set of Enterprise clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you be doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a team of 5 SEO consultants\/specialists, creating their annual goals &amp; proactively managing their Professional Development Plans<\/li>\n<li>Regular team training on quick tips\/tricks to engage &amp; encourage efficient &amp; effective SEO practices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of staff and client retention across the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Quality checks on the team&#8217;s work, including (&amp; not limited to) audits, strategies, project plans, content briefs, link briefs, reports, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure your own client work sets the standard<\/li>\n<li>Work with the team to monitor impact of SEO work, ensuring that key insights are fed back to Research &amp; Development Team or to the Global Head of SEO<\/li>\n<li>QA checks to ensure the team are managing their time &amp; projects within budget &amp; on time.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high client retention rate across the team &amp; own portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have approx. 3+ years of SEO experience, at least 3 years in digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Management of a team of 3+ people<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns, as well as inbound of multi-channel marketing concepts<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and application of SEO, and Web Analytics tools for data analysis (Basic &amp; Advanced Analytics Certified)<\/li>\n<li>Know how to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of technical audits<\/li>\n<li>Possess knowledge of how websites work both from a user perspective and from a search agent&#8217;s perspective<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise and self-manage tasks<\/li>\n<li>Competency in soft-skills, including, but not limited to, project management, communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, objection handling<\/li>\n<li>Has demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget &amp; on time.
