To provide leadership through experience and technical capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in regular developer meetings and regular Digital team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with complexity \/ ambiguity in a dynamic \/ continuously changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Must strive to become a role model for the Enterprise Behaviours<\/li>\n<li>Must adhere to all internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a cross functional team<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical mentoring \/ guidance to less experienced members of apps development team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Software Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Development SME &#8211; Designing, coding, testing and installing applications programs either in one major language or in a range of programs across multiple platforms (including a combination of Bootstrap, AngularJS, Objective C, Swift and Android Java or Kotlin)<\/li>\n<li>Create innovative (and simple) solutions to business problems and technical issues as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Write high quality, re-usable code which can be easily reused and extended<\/li>\n<li>Have the capability to understand end to end solutions which use a range of different Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Fix defects quickly and with minimal impact.
