{"id":68085,"date":"2024-04-26T06:48:47","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T05:48:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/all-industries\/growth-product-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-04-30T09:02:22","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T08:02:22","slug":"growth-product-manager-68085","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/creative\/growth-product-manager-68085\/","title":{"rendered":"Growth Product Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Join this global iconic digital company with over 30,000 employees (&amp; growing) with leading innovative technology software and service platforms.<\/p>\n<p>As a key member of the first APAC International Growth Squad reporting to the Senior Group Manager &#8211; International Growth, APAC, you will be responsible for driving growth and improved customer experience for Acquisition and Retention experiences such as in- product high-value customer touchpoints, checkout, subscription management across consumer and business customer journeys.<\/p>\n<p>This is a critical area of growth for the business where you will partner closely with key regional APAC teams and stakeholders as well as corporate partners in Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify and prioritise key areas of opportunity for growth.<\/p>\n<p>This role is suited for an experienced specialist with a strong growth mindset to understand the ever-changing customer trends and can quickly adapt to new strategies to drive the best customer experience using data and research.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Analytics, Product teams and key Regional stakeholders and teams, to deeply understand unique customer behaviours in APAC<\/li>\n<li>Develop and drive a meticulously prioritised Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns closely with business performances and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Lead test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental business value while improving customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multiple surface Product &amp; Growth teams to unlock seamless business experience and influence the regional direction for testing<\/li>\n<li>Relentlessly derive hypothesis for the next areas of growth and optimisation<\/li>\n<li>Partner with corporate and relevant teams to optimise for outcomes that is in best interest of region and International teams, in key and emerging regions<\/li>\n<li>Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to the cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5+ years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities during conversion improvements<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with experiment design, execution, insight, iteration and ultimately driving revenue through your efforts<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating data-informed hypothesis that will power experiment design and findings<\/li>\n<li>Highly collaborative &#8211; experience aligning with cross functional teams to launch high-impact projects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills &#8211; ability to derive clear and concise narrative from data<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with web and business performance analytics<\/li>\n<li>Experience with APAC markets (notably ANZ, Korea) is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Korean language proficiency will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Growth Product Manager role in Sydney &#8211; Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>Please click the link to apply.
