This role is for you If you are a natural leader with proven experience in people management, and a continuous improvement\/LEAN mind-set with the capability to drive improvement through employee engagement and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #0f4761;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #0f4761;font-size: 10pt\">A day in the life&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Key responsibilities of the role include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Lead, coach and manage the team to excel in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions &amp; routines associated with Safety &amp; the 4M&#8217;s (Man, Machine, Method, Material) <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Ensure continuous line Controls &amp; immediate corrective action (initiating problem solving as applicable).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Achieve a &#8220;zero injury, defect, waste&#8221; mindset &amp; promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment &amp; Quality.
