Based in the inner suburbs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering design and branding projects for this renowned fashion brand.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Tasks Overview:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Briefs:<\/strong> Receive and respond to client briefs, craft internal creative briefs led by the Creative Director (CD), and develop timing plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Trafficking:<\/strong> Track and communicate project statuses, ensuring seamless coordination.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Production:<\/strong> Understand the creative process and photographic production.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Management:<\/strong> Efficiently manage processes within the creative team, optimizing resources for top-notch results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meetings and Reviews: <\/strong>Conduct project WIP meetings (internal and client), creative reviews, and production updates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/strong> Engage with stakeholders as needed and operate client approval systems for smooth project delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget Management:<\/strong> Handle invoicing, client estimates, client forecasting, supplier estimates, and resource allocation to budget.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-tasking:<\/strong> Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, including photoshoots, branding projects, and design tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A professional, positive, and proactive attitude, with a drive to take ownership and propel projects forward.<\/li>\n<li>Self-managing and savvy, with a proactive approach to tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Confident yet approachable, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic about expanding category knowledge and offering consultative support as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive, able to prioritize, and adept at multitasking in a composed manner.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working within established process frameworks and collaborating within a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Ideal Experience:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of account management experience within a campaign or branding agency.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in client planning, proposal writing, brief writing, operational project management, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fashion and retail experience would be a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in managing multiple projects and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in budget management and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of the photographic production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As this role is working on 1 major client this will offer you autonomy, control and ability to lead collaboratively.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The details:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time role<\/li>\n<li>WFH Mondays and Friday&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Dog friendly office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Account Manager Job (Creative Agency) in Melbourne &#8211; Apply now!<\/h2>\n<p>If this role sounds of interest please click apply directly with a copy of your resume, or for more information reach out to Dave Morgan at <a href=\"mailto:dmorgan@welovesalt.com\">dmorgan@welovesalt.com<\/a>.
