Reporting to the Global Head of L&amp;D (Sales Enablement), this role offers ample opportunities to deliver value and grow within our esteemed organization.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Assurance and Reporting (30%): Assessing training quality to drive business improvement practices.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Improvement Practices (30%): Scoping and planning projects through gap analysis and internal data.<\/li>\n<li>New Hire Training and Observation (10%): Ensuring effective onboarding and delivery of foundational training materials.<\/li>\n<li>Content Creation (10%): Collaborating with creation teams and coordinating needs analysis for regional requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Business Task Management (20%): Running operational tasks to support seamless L&amp;D operations.<\/li>\n<li>Other Ad Hoc Duties as Required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Program Manager in L&amp;D, preferably in Sales Enablement.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for the role and the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional Details: This is a 12-18 month contract position with flexibility for remote work in Sydney, with occasional office visits required for connectivity.
