In this role, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters, with a hands-on approach.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development and enhancement of the P&amp;C framework.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage training and L&amp;D programs to foster growth.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop junior staff and stakeholders to build capability and alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Criteria<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role, including managing diverse ER matters.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with creative stakeholders, especially in marketing or digital marketing contexts.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for both strategic initiatives and operational HR tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and people development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Homebush with free parking.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid Work: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.<\/li>\n<li>Salary: $150k &#8211; $160k + Super (negotiable based on experience).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Apply<\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;Apply Now&#8221; to submit your application online.
