{"id":7238,"date":"2020-02-06T00:56:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-06T00:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/digital-operations-manager\/"},"modified":"2020-03-22T13:08:31","modified_gmt":"2020-03-22T13:08:31","slug":"digital-operations-manager-7238","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/marketing\/digital-operations-manager-7238\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>eCommerce Operations Manager <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>My client is a market leader withing the Retail\/FMCG space who is looking for a Digital Operations Manager<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>They are about to launch an eCommerce project which will get a pillar of their business on an eCommerce platform<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Digital Operations Manager will provide input and support in the development and implementation of the E-commerce &amp; Loyalty strategy, enabling the retail network to engage with shoppers in the on-line \/ digital channel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for the ongoing implementation of the E-commerce and Rewards platforms, as well as the day to day operations of the platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute agreed project framework, delivering an online trading platform for all retailers which incorporates both an e-commerce trading capability and loyalty program, which is integrated into each retailer&#8217;s POS platform, enabling the network to capture their relative share of growth within the on-line marketplace.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full online experience, continually improving customer journey and online experience.
