This is a fun and collaborative environment!<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Day to day calendar, diary management with appropriate room bookings and zoom meetings<\/li>\n<li>G calendar and outlook experience<\/li>\n<li>Help in the administrative assistance of offsites, budgets and vendor communication<\/li>\n<li>Timely response to emails, slack and written correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Monthly expense reconciliation, reports and administration support including purchase order creation<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling Google sheets<\/li>\n<li>International liaison with EA&#8217;s globally and understanding of global time differences<\/li>\n<li>Employee participation in events, swag reported and tracked<\/li>\n<li>Org chart maintenance for functional group or business unit<\/li>\n<li>Distribution list and slack grounds maintained on a regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Provides administrative support across the broader business as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High School education<\/li>\n<li>Relevant work exp between 2 to 5 years<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in suite of standard office software and operation of office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team building events<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience reading and interpreting budget reports<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Offering: $100k per year including super<\/li>\n<li>12 months contract with possibility of extension<\/li>\n<li>Working in a fast pace leading software company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Apply<\/h2>\n<p>To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below, or get in touch with us to explore other <a href=\"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/jobs\/job-industry\/hr-business-operations\/\">Business Operation roles in Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
