You will collaborate closely with program and project managers, assist with onboarding\/off-boarding, manage contract approvals, and facilitate requisition and purchase orders.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHAT&#8217;S ON OFFER<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>PERTH CBD based.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working<\/li>\n<li><strong>$650.00 a day<\/strong> Inclusive of superannuation<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to working alongside one of Australia&#8217;s largest energy providers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>12-month<\/strong> Day rate rolling contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist program and project managers with the regular processes essential to the lifecycle of programs and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare data and reports under the guidance of colleagues and project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports for stakeholders at regular intervals and upon request.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with analysts to identify when corrective interventions are necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and management of effective dashboard reporting across project, program, and portfolio levels.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with senior stakeholders to assist with capital approval, progress reporting, risk management, and governance.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of new operational methods through participation in working groups as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Join a leading energy regulator dedicated to ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable delivery of energy services across Australia.
