We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our small Sales branch, drive P&amp;L, and maximize revenue growth for the region.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute growth strategies while managing ongoing customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage annual budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor a small sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all operations, including Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and WHS\/EHS functions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate purchases and sales to meet annual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the Bids &amp; Growth Solutions Team.<\/li>\n<li>Foster cross-business collaboration and excellence in service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships through networking and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Business Development Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical Engineering qualification or relevant experience is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with accountability for all business aspects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business acumen with the ability to execute strategies effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage a small branch remotely.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented, able to prioritize under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable, resilient, and committed to attracting diverse talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Salary and Benefits:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Salary + car + bonus (negotiable for right person)<\/li>\n<li>Supportive senior management team.<\/li>\n<li>Rare opportunity to join a leading Italian company in Australia.<\/li>\n<li>Long term stable growth with company<\/li>\n<li>Open to a Sales Engineer that wants a strong career growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To apply online, please click the link below.
